On the West side of town, near 215 and Flamingo, sits Chateau Nouveau. Gorgeous floor plans and top floor units have nice high ceilings.

There are one to three bedroom condos available ranging from approximately 770 - 1482 sq. ft. What I like is that the builder did a good job with floor plans so smaller units look bigger than their actual square footage. Watch out though, a few two bedrooms in this complex only have one bath (not such a hot thing for most).

This is a gated complex with exercise room, clubhouse, community pool (resort style - nice and spacious), and spa. The shopping and restaurants are so close you could easily walk to anything you need. Plus, there is plenty of guest parking in this complex. Definitely a plus.

Chateau Nouveau Condominiums is a gated condo community in Southwest Las Vegas near the corner of Peace & Grand Canyon.  Amenities include a BBQ area, swimming pool, spa, exercise facilities (gym) and a clubhouse.

Chateau Nouveau is close (and walking distance) to many amenities - Restaurants, Shopping, Las Vegas Athletic Club (popular acronym LVAC here).  It is also close to the 215 freeway entrance at Flamingo or Tropicana ~ which provides excellent proximity to either the Summerlin Area or the south "Las Vegas Strip" employment and entertainment centers + UNLV and McCarran airport.
