Your will never guess where I will be hanging out this whole week? Only 5 minutes from our home is CHINATOWN in Las Vegas Nevada. Starting today for this whole week there will be a HUGE celebration for Chinese New Year.
Robert (Vegas Bob) Swetz will be chilling and taking in the wonderful celebration with cameras in hand, taking photographs and videos for enjoyment ...

Robert (Vegas Bob) Swetz stopped at the Terrible Herbst Gas Station on 4895 Spring Mountain Rd in Las Vegas Nevada at 11:00pm 10-4-2011 to fill up with gas. VB usually runs (Chevron Gas) in his car because it has detergents in it and Chevron Gas has always treated VB's cars great!
I stopped at one of the pumps at this location and ran my Debit Card through the card slot, put in my zip code etc, hit the enter button and nothing. After several seconds the computer at the pump displays "Time Expired" for the card, so I ran it again ... nothing! So I thought maybe the pump had a broken enter button because it looking like someone had been hitting or scratching the enter button. Drove up to the next pump, ran the card, put in the zip, hit enter and nothing.
Now VB was starting to get a little angry by now so I locked up my car and walking into the station, there was no one at the cash register so I stood there for several minutes. Finally a lady came up and I asked her what was wrong with the pumps, she said nothing. I mentioned to her that I ran my card at 2 different pumps and the pumps wouldn't allow the enter button to work. She said let me run you card right here, I said no thanks ... I have never had any trouble with any of my cards across the whole west coast at Chevron Gas Stations. I mentioned to her that maybe the switch inside was turned off at the pumps, she said they don't have these switches inside the store ... "Bull-Crap!"
So VB went out and drove his car around to a 3rd pump, pulled out one of his "BIG BOY" Debit Cards with enough money on it to well ... to fill up his gas tank for the next ten years and (Nothing) ... The 3rd pump would not allow VB to pump gas, so I jumped in my car and left. I personally think the lady in the store had the switch off inside the store and she was running customers credit/ debit cards inside the store and well ... ?

There are several ways to benefit off of owning property and being involved in real estate. Not only does this come from finding the right property, loans and people to work with, but also moves into finding the best ways to save money while you own a property. One of the well known ways to save an extra dollar is by becoming involved in a 1031 exchange.
A 1031 exchange is a specific tax form that can help with the profits and losses that you have received for the year. They are usually used for those that own extra real estate property as an investment. This form will allow you to roll-over the profits that have been made from a sale made from a real estate property. From here, you can purchase another property instead of paying the tax back on the property that was already purchased.
The major benefit of a 1031 exchange is that it allows for you to be able to delay specific taxes and instead invest into other properties. If the property is invested in, then the taxes that are taken from capital gain will not be used later on. A second benefit to a 1031 exchange is that it allows for more equity to be a part of the investment. Because of this, each time you invest in a new property from the 1031 exchange, the properties will gain a higher value.
The one thing to keep in mind if you are considering a 1031 exchange is that the new investment has to be what is known as like kind. This means that the investment must be the same as the property that has already been made. Before getting into a 1031 exchange, it is important to consider this point, as it can cause for problems with new investments later. However, if you have enough that was made out of the purchase for the 1031 exchange, you can purchase more, or fewer, amounts of the same type of property.
If you are moving into building your own type of benefits from real estate, then knowing about the 1031 exchange is important. This will help you with getting more out of your property and laying the foundation for your success in real estate.

Every once in a while I scan my google analytics for long tail searches to my blogs and see unanswered "questions" in the long tail searches that found me!
This time I found the question asked twice:
It depends, it is anywhere from free (the lawyer charges your lienholders) to several thousand dollars (and it is paid through a payment plan!
Which leads to another question:
Again that answer is FREE to a couple hundred dollars, depending on the lawyer
