With over 30 groups at the Activerain Network this is by far the best of the best when it comes to photography. There are some other wonderful groups don't get me wrong but for Vegas Bob he does more (EXPRESSING) of photographs at this group over all the others ...........

Robert Swetz (Vegas Bob) sells Commercial Real Estate and these buildings in the photographs do come up for sale some times. I also sell High rise Luxury Condos and many of the photographs I post are Condos for sale.

I also post stories with photos attached for people that have never been to Las Vegas Nevada and have a interest in visiting some day. I alone have posted over 1000 blogs to this group alone ..............

Vegas Bob headed to the Las Vegas "Strip" to shoot some photographs and then finding a quiet place to write!

Well I finally was able to get one day off in 5 weeks of working straight at "The City Center" Project on Las Vegas Blvd, and what do you think Vegas Bob is going to do on his day off?

Right after I finish this post I am headed down to Las Vegas Blvd "The Strip" to capture some new photographs and then I am headed somewhere quiet to write some pages for my new book titled ..........

Pending home sales rose again, marking eight consecutive monthly gains - the longest streak since measurement began in 2001, according to the National Association of Realtors®.

Lawrence Yun, NAR chief economist, said the momentum is understandable. "What we're witnessing is a rush of first-time buyers trying to beat the expiration of the tax credit at the end of this month," he said. "Home values will stabilize sooner rather than over-correcting. That, in turn, will mean wealth stabilization for the vast number of middle-class families and lay the foundation for a durable economic recovery."

Las Vegas area Pending and Contingent sales or resale homes are as of today per our MLS stats at 14,766. That is a great number to have, but it may take months to close a lot of them due to 8,719 of them being Las Vegas area Short Sales.

Vegas Bob lost around 700 points yesterday because his computer crashed!

Yes it's true my computer was down yesterday and I wasn't very happy about it because I average approximately between 700-1000 points per day.

So now I have to make up for it but I have to work a 12 hour shift!

Later this evening I will be posting around 3 special blogs to make up for the loss and I do want to apologize to everyone.
