About Reno's Northwest Reno

Another snowy and dreary Reno evening. We were in the neighborhood so we decided to give this place a try. It is located next to Lane Bryant in Los Altos' strip mall.

PROS:

~ Clean and modern ambiance.

~ Plenty of sitting area and ample elbow room.

~ Friendly staff.

~ They accept American Express.

~ Pot Stickers ~ It is a bit different compared to what I have tasted from other restaurants. It is not as crispy. Their sauce is a perfect combination of soy sauce and hint of sweetness. $5.95

~ Sizzling Soup ~ It was quiet a show when the rice sizzles. Plenty of vegetables and chicken. $6.95

~ Shrimp Egg Foo Yong ~ The best! Shrimp, mushrooms, meat, egg, and gravy. $9.50

CONS:

~ It can be difficult to find as it is kind of tucked away.

~ Their fried rice and chow mein are total waste of money. Their chowmein was soggy and greasy. Fried rice was too dry. Blehh!!

~ Some items are a bit pricey.
