The Vista Valley Shoppes wish to invite you along with your friends and families to come to their 2nd Annual Holiday Bus Shopping Tour on Saturday, November 8, 2008!

10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.

Tickets are $40 per person.

Tickets include: wine, food, souvenir glass, bus tour, and gift bag!

The Vista Valley Shoppes are located in Sparks, Nevada in the Spanish Springs and Vista Village Shopping Centers. The shopping centers are surrounded by residential homes which makes shopping convenient for those who live near by.

The Vista Valley Shoppes are a cluster of locally owned and operated shops, eateries and salons that are conviently located in East Sparks, just off of I-80 and downtown Sparks, Nevada.

The Holiday Bus Shopping Tour is a great way not only to get your holiday shopping done early, it is also a great way to support local, individually owned shops in the neighborhood you live. It is also a great opportunity to meet the people that live in near you!

~Sparks, Nevada Firefighters Annual Pancake Breakfast ~

The 20th annual Pancake Breakfast and Open House with the Sparks Fire Department will be Saturday, October 4, 2008! Bring the entire family downtown Sparks and enjoy getting to know the Sparks Firefighters!

Sparks Mayor Geno Martini plans to be among city leaders serving up pancakes, eggs, ham, juice & milk.

Sparks, Nevada is known for its traditional values and the Sparks Fire Department has been serving breakfast the first Saturday in October for the past 20 years.

The annual event raises money for local fire victims and for fire prevention activities. All proceeds go back to the community.

The Pancake Breakfast kicks off a month long community focus on fire prevention. The firefighters will be going to businesses and schools teaching individuals how to prevent fires, what to do in case of a fire and where to go for help and information on fire prevention the entire month of October.

The cost for the Pancake Breakfast is $4 for adults; $2 for children and seniors.

The breakfast is being held at the main Sparks fire station, 1605 Victorian Avenue, Sparks, Nevada
