Kristen’s professional home staging company, Stage It List It Sell It, and her real estate experience has put her on the front cover of The Democrat and Chronicle more than fifteen times in the past two years. She writes a newspaper column for The Property Source and The Daily Record. She has been a radio guest on 950 AM. Kristen’s selling clients receive home staging services for no fee. Her buyers receive free decorating consultations for life. Previously Kristen was a teacher as well as experienced contract negotiator.
