It's that time! Time to Thrill the World by Laura Cerrano Feng Shui Brooklyn NY consultant

Last year Laura Cerrano Feng Shui NYC consultant and her friend Heather participated in Thrill the world to honor Micheal Jackson.  Well, it's that time again, time to Thrill the world :) Thrill the world will take place again at Coney Island NY and will start at 10pm, it's gona be a long night :) But, the fun is all day long, so come down, check out the world famous Coney Island Boardwalk, eat a Nathan's hot dog from the original location and dance you heart away :)

Thrill the World Micheal Jackson Dance by Feng Shui New York City consultant

Coney Island before Thrill the World Dance 2010 NYC, Brooklyn

Ladies and Gentleman! It is that time again, weather you are a Micheal Jackson Fan or not, you can not deny the unification his spirit promoted when he was alive and the lasting positive impact he has had on the world.  Last year, in a synchronized fashion, people from all different countries participated in the "Thriller dance" as tribute to the "King of Pop." 

This year Feng Shui New York City Consultant Laura Cerrano of "Feng Shui Long Island NY" had the great opportunity to be part of the Guinness World Record for "Thrill the World 2010 NYC".  Last year in New York, the Thriller dance took place in Astoria Park, NY.  Yesterday, October 23, 2010, the Thriller dance was preformed on the world famous Coney Island Boardwalk at 7pm.  All together there was about 70 Zombies that danced their heart out in memory of Michale Jackson.

Coney Island Brooklyn New York -- Thoughts from a New York Feng Shui Consultant

Coney Island Brooklyn New York.

If you've never been there, you might want to see what it looks like. If you've visited, you might want to re-visit one last time. Much of Coney Island in Brooklyn New York has been rezoned and in 2010 many of the familiar places will be gone. To those of us that have visited there since we were young, they are historic. Many historic sites in New York are gone-in the name of "Progress."

As of this writing, it is a stalled project and people are fighting to retain Astroland, just as it is. I did hear the famous Cyclone Roller Coaster will survive. Many other rides and attractions won't.

Brooklyn New York

It will surely change the face of this part of Brooklyn New York. And Coney Island in Brooklyn NY as we know it, will be missed. Here are some photos from 2009, as it is today:
