Cicero is a town located on the southern shore of Oneida Lake and a northern suburb of metropolitan Syracuse. Cicero has a population of approximately 30,000 residents and is one of is one of Central New Yorks fastest growing towns. Locals can go boating or fishing at Williams Park or Oneida Shores County Park, both overlooking Oneida Lake, one of the largest bodies of water in New York.
