The lowest price home was listed for $73,000 and sold on 7/27/11 for $182,500. On the market for 25 days. It is a 3 bedroom, 7 room High Ranch and it was an REO property.

The highest price home was listed for $399,000 and sold on 8/25/11for $375,000. On the market for 89 days. It is a four bedroom, eight room Colonial.
