Fat Philly's Croissant and Bake Shop borders the Nassau Suffolk counties on Long Island NY and is located at 314 main Street Farmingdale, New York 11735. Phil Hathaway and Kim Stevens are the owners of the Brand New Farmingdale Bakery on Main Street. As Laura explored and chatted with Kim she discovered the owners have what is called "intuitive Feng Shui". Why? Well if you look straight back you will see the placement of their Logo.
A basic Feng Shui principle according to the Bagua Method is highlight your personal name or business name in Red. The placement for addressing "Fame" is the wall that is straight back from the front entrance. Fat Philly's logo and back wall are both highlighted in Red to enhance their "Fame", this is very good :) Also the colors of the entire Bake Shop are warm and inviting and, the Decor is strongly influenced by French inspiration. This helps to motivate Philps baking creativity and set the tone for atmosphere of the bakery.
