Don't you just love when you come across interesting, have to make you think or maybe not, type of business names. After finishing a Feng Shui consultation in Holbrook NY I headed off to the local park to play a game of softball with family and friends. On my way I stopped off at a local Holbrook store to buy a gallon of water and this was the store I came across.

Opened in 1994, The Colony at Holbrook NY offers a beautiful lake and manicured lawns and all the amenities of a 24 hour gated community including inground pool, tennis courts, gym, dance room, card room, and indoor racquetball. Located off Patchogue-Holbrook Road, students living in The Colony can attend The Sachem School District. While checking public records, we find that condos and townhouses sold in 2008 between $435,000 for a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath unit to $510,000.

Woodgate Terrace is a condo community in Holbrook Long Island that can easily be reached by The Long Island Expressway Exit 61S and Patchogue-Holbrook Road to Spring Meadow.
