Condo/Co-op sales in Kings Park totaled 12 units between $115,000 for a Studio Co-op at Kingswood to $585,000 for a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath Condo at Country Pointe, during the same time period. This does not include for sale by owner, non-published or non-member sales.
