The United Nations Plaza, home to the linchpin of peace and cooperation across the globe, the U.N., is located in Manhattan at Turtle Bay. The U.N. Plaza does not possess fancy architecture – it has a simple, angular design, much like how a normal office building would look like. But there will be many that find beauty in simplicity, and even more that regards the important decisions made within the walls of the U.N. Plaza as true beauty.

801 Second Ave – Crystal Bldg, New York, NY, 10017 – Grand Central NYC Submarket, office space for rent.
Located on Second Ave S/W/C East 43rd St. & Second Ave. 801 Second Ave – Crystal Bldg currently has office space for rent.

The 13th floor at 801 2nd Avenue is simply a "dream" office space. 8,500 square feet, a series of fully-built-out individual offices, in a phenomenal building.
All the work has been done for you. Not only have all of the walls and offices been built-out, but there is a fully functional bathroom and kitchen. There is a reception desk area, as well as a penthouse-style elevator lobby. There is also a VERY large and beautiful conference room.

Just give David Argento (see below) a call and he will be happy to give you a physical tour of the space anytime.

It is interesting to know that the the plaza houses all 193 member nations’ flags just within the perimeter fence of the plaza, lined in alphabetical order. Right behind this row of flags is the General Assembly Hall, where representatives of the member nations gather during important discussions and dialogues regarding important world issues across the globe.

The Secretariat Building is both equally plain and formidable as the General Assembly Hall, housing important members and councils in its 39-story building. Right beside it is the Dag Hammarskjöld Library, which holds over 400,000 books in its shelves.
The U.N Plaza is not just about politics and world issues – it has its fair share of art in its compounds as well, such as the Knotted Gun, the Japanese Peace Bell and the “Let Us Beat Swords into Plowshares” monument.
