About Manhattan's U.n. Plaza

The 13th floor at 801 2nd Avenue is simply a "dream" office space. 8,500 square feet, a series of fully-built-out individual offices, in a phenomenal building.

All the work has been done for you. Not only have all of the walls and offices been built-out, but there is a fully functional bathroom and kitchen. There is a reception desk area, as well as a penthouse-style elevator lobby. There is also a VERY large and beautiful conference room.
