Manhattan New York Penthouse with River to River view

There are going to be a several selections of penthouses in New York City with a river to river view. The Hudson River view and the East river view is going to be found in a condominium penthouse that is positioned in a somewhat central location and is tall enough to clear most of the buildings around it. A River to River view is especially going to be available in buildings that are 40+ floors as those types of condominiums will more than likely have a river to river view.

A Manhattan New York penthouse with a river to river view is most likely going to have panoramic Manhattan skyline views, possibly views of Central Park from your Manhattan Penthouse Condominium if the building is located in midtown or uptown. A downtown penthouse condominium is not as likely to have a river to river view as there are less tall skyscraper condominium buildings in the downtown area. This view is desirable because the Hudson River view will allow you to see the daily sunsets along with the East River view will give you early morning light. Quicky Feng Shui tips for your Retail Front Entrance by Feng Shui Long Island

Feng Shui New York City Consultant Laura Cerrano was in Macy's Merchandising Group in NYC today educating employees about Feng Shui. Upon entering into the meeting area, Ms. Cerrano noticed the front entrance to the retail Merchandising section of Macy's.

The entire front entrance was red, with a silk Orchid plant and glass round table. Perfect simple Feng Shui example!!

• In Feng Shui there are certain colors recommended to "call" in clients or customers, interestingly enough one of the colors is red, which highlights your "fame" or reputation. You have to be mindful of how much red you use. In this case the entire wall was splashed with red, which worked because it was the accent wall, meaning the only wall to have red; So, it will not be over powering.

• Macy's name is highlighted in black, yes to contrast the red but in feng shui it is also to highlight the area of "career" which is accented by the color black or dark blues. The placement is on or by the front door or entrance.

• Macy's incorporated a round glass table in the corner of the room. Addressing all your corning in feng shui is very important. When you do not, it's said the energy will pool in that location and become stuck. Rounded or curved edges are the best kinds of furniture in feng shui for they help chi flow more efficiently in your home and office.

• Another importance about the round glass table is that it's glass. It helps keep the space light and airy, especially because it's was so small. Looking to the five elements, glass is considered the water element. It is recommended to have the element of water by the front door to help call in a better flow of opportunity and prosperity.

• Placing an Orchid silk plant in the front entrance is a very nice and simple touch as well. The white flowers of the Orchid helped calm down the red wall and again added a nice and balanced contrast to the front entrance. Plants real or silk represent growing your business, opportunities and customers.
