It is not uncommon to receive a counter offer when the initial purchase offer has been submitted.
Don't let this discourage you (and don't be insulted). We will discuss the counter offer and decide whether or not to accept the counter offer or reject the counter offer and move on.
Market conditions will play a role in how aggressively we negotiate the sale. We will also work within your buyers limits. Emotions can lead to buyer's remorse. It is better to set limits prior to negotiating an offer and stick to these limits.
NewYorkMarketValue can help you right from the beginning!!

Both the best and worst thing about Harold & Kumar Escape from Guantanamo Bay is that you get precisely what you expect. This is generally a good thing, because I enjoyed the first flick quite a bit, and loved how one of its goals involved skewering racial stereotypes. Most movies dealing with discrimination and bigotry are forthright and humorless, and they've been that way since the start. It simply integrated the actuality of narrow-mindedness which comes naturally while living as a minority in America. The movie recognized this situation, and dealt with it comically. For Harold & Kumar 2, the goals are still the same, with, not surprisingly, the intention of being even more extreme-- more vulgar, more nudity, and, yes, more confrontations of stereotypes. For example, in one scene, Harold & Kumar after being unfairly sent to Guantanamo Bay, make an unlikely escape, and find themselves on the run through the Deep South, then come across a certain group of people who seem to form a crowd when the two get into an accident and make a mess. Because of their own racial biases, they get terrified and run off, but then it's revealed that the "mob" was just approaching to help. Although it's funny, you can see it coming.
I think that's the best thing about these Harold & Kumar movies. They make stereotyping look absurd. They're saying... If you don't realize America is a land of many diverse people, all with common objectives (the pursuit of happiness, love, general respect, and gratifications both immediate and long-term), then you are ridiculous as well. This flick wasn't the best out there, but I liked it. Check it out if you get a chance.
