New City, December 5 - Annual St. Nicholas Day Festival

New City, December 5 - Annual St. Nicholas Day Festival sponsored by The Historical Society of Rockland County. The traditional Dutch celebration, held at the 1832 Jacob Blauvelt House. Children ages 3-10 will hear stories about the legend of St. Nicholas. Shoes are left on the doorstep for St. Nick's helpers to fill with goodies. Hot apple cider and ginger cream cookies are served. 11 AM, 12:15 PM and 1:30 PM. 20 Zukor Road. $5 adults and children over 2. Includes; admission to the 34th Annual Miniature and Dollhouse Show: Reservations required, for more information please call (845) 634-9629 or visit www.rocklandhistory.org
