Knowing the history of your home can sometimes be the key to what events have been taking place since moving in. A Feng Shui consultant will ask about the history of the home because they understand the importance of the energetic blue print that is left behind. Ms. Cerrano experienced incidences at friends NYC apartment that indicates it needs to be cleared without the owner saying a word.
Two incidents accord after entering into the apartment. One was during a house warming party and the other during a birthday celebration. The first incident was mid-way through the party. As family and friends gathered the apartment obviously became a bit more crowded. Ms. Cerrano's friend owned a dog and at first it did not mind the all the attention but, after a while became agitated and unfortunately took some of its frustration out on Ms.Cerrano and another friend.
The second incident was while Ms. Cerrano was sitting outside the apartment during the birthday celebration. She sat outside to talk with friends, felt something land on her leg, went to brush it away and OUCH! Got stung by a wasp...at night! After that distribution, Ms. Cerrano began to think. What is going on with this apartment that every time she comes to visit, something negative happens.
After being stung Ms. Cerrano left the party early. As she exited the apartment, she turned to shut the door and noticed the room number, number 4. According to Feng Shui that is not the most auspicious number to be connected with, though there are cures and other ways to offset it.
Later in the week after the second incident, Ms. Cerrano investigated and asked other friends about what history they knew of with the NYC apartment. She was informed the interior was completely renovated and that the previous occupant may have passed away there. Every home, apartment, and business, especially under those conditions needs to have a space clearing. Ms. Cerrano needs to understand the history in more detail and will continue to research.

'I Love NY', the iconic logo created by Milton Glaser in 1977 is now bringing in millions to the state in licensing fees. The state started licensing the logo in '94 and, the Daily News reports, took in "more than $1.83 million in fees in the fiscal year 2011, an increase from $1.5 million the year before."
