• 2 Cups unseasoned croutons
• 2 Cups onion & garlic croutons
• 1/4 Cup butter or margarine melted
• 2 Cups grated cheddar cheese
• 2 Cups milk
• 8 eggs, beaten
• 1 Tbsp prepared mustard
• 10-12 slices cooked bacon (crisp and crumbly)

• Coat a 9 x 11 x 2 pan with vegetable spray.
• Place croutons in dish and pour margarine over croutons
• Sprinkle grated cheese over margarine and croutons.
• Mix milk, eggs and mustard and pour over cheese mixture.  Sprinkle evenly with bacon.

When I went to look at Nick Pappas's blog yesterday, (a new member of Active Rain) I read a tear jerker of a story with a funny ending. His co-worker Kathy York had done an incredibly kind thing that might have her doing some serious explaining to her husband.

If every person out there paid it forward once a week every week maybe there would be a little less sorrow, hunger and loneliness in the world.

To Kathy York I salute you, you are truly a gem in a crowd of slightly polished rocks.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to everyone everyday with family in the military.

May it all be over soon and our family members safely home.
