Here is an update of new kitty pictures on the gorgeous cat I got from Andrea Swiedler last month.
She is finally getting along with Frankie; or should I say Frankie is getting along with her. Lots of jealousy issues you know.
She still insists on sleeping in the dirt. (Why oh why?) She is growing in leaps and bounds and is definitely attached to me.
Anytime I want to get computer work done I have to shut myself in a room by myself because she is either chewing on the computer cord or feels the need to type herself. And if she is sleepy she must climb onto my lap or the keyboard because that is more important you know! I love her to death and and it is wonderful to see the two of them zipping around the house playing with each other.
So again Andrea I thank you thank you thank you!
Ugh I hate myself in photos!

If you are a first time home buyer or someone who has not owned another principal residence at any time during the previous 3 years prior to purchase you may be eligible for the $8000 home buyer tax credit. But you must hurry; you must close on this new home by December 1st, 2009 to be eligible for this credit. As a result many consumers are shopping the market in order to take advantage of this tax credit.
After you and your Realtor have shopped around and picked the home you would like to make yours you must next plan the home inspection. Most often your offer on this
home is contingent on the findings of your home inspection. You should have the home examined top to bottom to make sure that the biggest investment you will ever make is not going to come tumbling down around you the very first year after you move in. You should shop for your home inspector as you would for a physician, attorney or accountant. You want someone who you can trust, who knows what they are doing and excels at it and more importantly has the license to do the inspection. This inspection will tell you about the need for any major repairs or problems with the structure itself. Once you have all the facts
about this home you can decide based on the home inspector's report if this is still the home for you. Is it a good solid structure? Are the repairs too excessive? Does it flood and how bad is it? Does the electrical system need to be updated? These are just some of the things that may come up that could change your mind about purchasing a home after the inspection. A full report will cover the roof to the basement as well as the water and septic systems.
Now that you are past the inspection and have decided to go ahead your
Realtor will see to it that the process goes as smoothly as possible and before you know it you will be headed toward moving day!
We watch out for your best interests and help guide you through the entire process. If you are thinking of buying or selling in the Sullivan or Orange County area we would be happy to assist you! Please contact me or visit our website for more information.

There is now a new website that will provide information about sex offenders living within a 2 mile radius of an address that you enter into the site. You may also sign up for email alerts to let you know when an offender moves into that radius around your entered address. Currently on the state site when you search for offenders you are searching by zip code and you are not quite sure exactly where the offenders are falling in the area. This site will narrow their location down for you to a more specified area. Being able to sign up for the email alerts is a big advantage as well so you won't have to check the sites on a daily basis any more.
National Alert Registry and Family Watchdog are both popular offender search sites. To see the New Orange County Sex Offender Registry Search Sites click here. To register to receive emails about offenders moving into your neighborhood click here. To search for offenders click here.
