Below is a breakdown of the three bedroom single family analysis report for sales in the 10465 zip code. The 10465 zip code covers the Throggs Neck neighborhood as well as Country Club. From the report we can clearly see that there was a big drop in price for homes between the years 2007 and 2008. What is interesting however is that between 2008 and 2011 there has only been a slight drop in prices every year. In fact prices actually rose very slightly between 2009 and 2010.

So Friday, I have a 'date' with one of my friends from way back when I used to work at the Bronx Zoo. I always had a crush on Meg, and she never knew it, how could she be so oblivious, I would ask her years later. I'm still trying to figure out what to do, should we go to Chelsea Piers perhaps for some bowling or how about something we would have done 24 years ago, go to a movie up at Movieland on Central Avenue in Yonkers! LOL
It seems silly, but I am nervous about meeting her after all these years since we haven't spoken in so long, will it be awkward or will we just be able to talk and interact as if the time never went by?
I worked at The Bronx Zoo for about 3 or 4 years, in retrospect, it was one of the best jobs I ever had. We had so much fun when we worked, everyone was pretty friendly to one another, the job was fun, got to hang out with a lot of girls, doesn't seem like a big deal, but being a 14-16 year old it was a pretty big deal. I was making a couple of bucks and hanging with my frineds. Although we were friends none of us really hung out after work, so what does that make us? Well, who am I kidding I am sure I was invited, but I was and still am not the hanging out type!
That really was a fun time, it seemed like I had no care in the world, I went to work, I came home, Mom had dinner on the table, I would eat, and then watch tv or go out with my friends. Life is so much more complicated now, there are mortgage to be paid, bills to be paid, people to take care of, and friends to re-connect with!
What do you guys think I should do? Where should we go; what should we do?
What does this have to do with Real Estate? NOTHING! Hey I do have to have a life right?
