Got a hankering for a tasty egg sandwich on a bagel? Let me tell you, Bagel Factory in West Babylon NY has got that. I go there a few times a week for their delicious egg sandwiches and coffee. They get it right every time.

No matter what you order at Bagel Factory, you will not be disappointed. Besides bagels, they have low-carb bagels, egg sandwiches, lunch meats, and great coffee!

And below is what I had for breakfast this morning. An everything bagel <my fave!> with 1 scrambled egg, cheese and well done bacon. Yes, if you want your bacon fried to a crisp like me they will happily do it for you.

The 16th Annual Rockville Centre St. Patrick's Parade begins at noon on Saturday, March 24th starting from Maple Avenue and Long Beach Rd. and proceeds to the reviewing stand in front of St. Agnes Cathedral.

The parade is an incorporated not for profit organization that has distributed more than $600,000 to local charities since 1997.

This years charities are the Association for Children with Down Syndrome, the Educated Canines Assisting with Disabilities, Inc. (ECAD) and the Ronald McDonald House of Long Island.
