As you can see from the numbers below, nothing has changed for the active listings in The Timbers and Rockledge. Although the averages prices were up for sales in second quarter it is very important to note that there is a wide array of housing styles and square footage in these 2 developments. It is wise to have a Realtor® prepare a detailed market analysis for you. As winter approaches, we will likely see less traffic. Sellers should make every effort to say yes to all showings, and present their homes in the best light possible.

The Timbers is a lovely subdivision located off Rt. 21 in Brecksville Ohio. The housing is a beautiful mix of traditional and contemporary, on rolling and wooded lots. The Timbers is located just a few minutes from downtown Brecksville where you will find grocery stores, storefront shops and casual and fine dining. It is also conveniently located minutes from I 77, providing access to downtown Cleveland or downtown Akron.
