This newer development consists of twenty-seven, single-family homes predominantly built by two fine, upscale, exceptional local builders: Petros Homes and United Homes. Cherry Hill Esates is conveniently located off Royalton Road (also known as Route 82), one street west of Avery Road on the south side.

Cherry Hill Estates is approximately one-mile east of Interstate 77, the main north-south highway connecting downtown Cleveland, Akron to the south, the airport to the west as well as Cleveland's eastern suburbs, including the major employer corridor along I-271. The Brecksville-Broadview Heights School District has the highest ranking (Excellent with Distinction) by the Ohio State Department of Education and is also a national blue ribbon award-winning school district. Cherry Hill Lane is the only street in the neighborhood and is shaped like a backwards J, providing for peace and quiet as there is no outlet so only neighborhood traffic exists.

The homes were built between 1993-1997, range in size from 2,616 to 4,919 square feet (most homes being in the ~3,000-3,500 square foot range).

The highest sales price recorded was the sale of 1280 Cherry Hill Lane for $414,000 in 2008.
