This newer development consists of approximately ninety-four, single-family homes built by Ryan Homes. Sutton Woods is accessible via West Mill Road, just west of Interstate 77 and south of the Wallings Road exit off I-77. The Brecksville-Broadview Heights School District has the highest ranking (Excellent with Distinction) by the Ohio State Department of Education and is also a national blue ribbon award-winning school district. There are five streets in this development.

The homes were built between 2002-2008, range in size from 2,432 to 4,416 square feet (most homes being in the ~2,800-3,400 square foot range).

The highest sales price recorded was the sale of 4808 Westminster Lane for $595,000 in 2010. The next highest sales price recorded (this was my listing/sale) was 5761 W. Mill Road for $478,000 in 2006.
