This year the Southern Ohio Association of Realtors put on their annual Trade Fair event in the Receptions in Eastgate, Ohio 5-8pm, Thursday October 22nd. There were tons of Realtors, Title Agencies, Inspectors, Stagers, lenders and other various vendors there in support of the association. I was fortunate enough to MC the event and had a blast making announcements and introducing the vendors to the Realtors over the microphone. The Trade Fair Committee has been meeting over the last 6 months on this event and the results were fantastic. The Committee members are:
Shirley Winters; Paula Hoeflich; Kathie Brahaney; Janet Carpenter; Jackie Hartley; Gregory S. Traynor; Gloria Chase; Delicia Noble; Byron Strickland; Annett Rebelo; Jerry Rice; Derek Tye
Here are some additional details and photos from the event:

SOAR MEMBERS had the chance to win a NOTEBOOK COMPUTER and BENGAL TICKETS.
"SPORTS OF ALL SORTS" was the theme... People wore their favorite sports attire to win Best Costume. Vendors also decorated their booths to support their favorite team.

I recently used Neal's Septic Service in Goshen Ohio to have some work done on my personal Septic System. I live on a horse ranch/ hobby farm in Stonelick Township and have a Sand Filter Septic System. Mike was easy to get a hold of, came out within a few days of the call and gave friendly service. I would recommend them to my clients anytime.

Saturday my family participated in an outreach event to help some folks in Miami Township Ohio to have a great Saturday.. First, we met at our church (Rivertree) in Milford to pray, pack and prepare for the event. This event was a Block Party for an apartment complex in the area. Once we got there we divided up the work in teams and everyone pitched in. We grilled hot dogs, hamburgers, had chips, cookies, drinks and other snacks. Another set of volunteers prepared a table full of free toys to hand out to the kids. Another group organized a face painting booth while others cleaned the tennis court that we were holding the event in. There were probably about 75 volunteers total including kids and adults. About 100 residents came out to participate in the event. We just gave everything away to show God's love in a small practical way as a "kindness" outreach. I hope we can do another one again soon!
