Hello out there fellow people of the Upper Ohio Valley. I am a brand new agent that is looking to get my business started and off the ground. I have signed with Featheringham Realty Inc. in Wintersville, Ohio and want to get some listings, as does everyone in this business, and get my name established. I was born and raised in Cadiz, Ohio and am now raising my own children there. They attend Indian Creek Schools here in Wintersville so they are close to me.

I sometimes feel that I came into the real estate market at the wrong time, but here in Jefferson and Harrison Counties in Ohio we haven't seen as many foreclosures like everyone else has. Yes they are out there pretty strong, but I think it's going to make me a good agent because nothing is as it seems with these. You have to be very careful and look under the surface. You have to cross all your T's and dot all of your I's. There's no munstering through you have to just do the work look up the information and make sure that everything checks out.

The real estate market will improve because we all know it can't get anyworse. Hopefully some people, some really big and important people have learned some trying lessons which they knew beofrehand and should've avoided. What goes around always comes around!!!1
