About Putnam County, OH

I've been in real estate for some time now and have seen all kinds of homes. I've seen homes that you can't even open the doors up because of all the junk and smell, as well as, top of the line homes that most can't afford.

However, I've never been speechless before when I walked into the house. Below is a video tour of a 19th century church that was converted into a home that is for sale in Continental Ohio. To say that this home is incredible doesn't do it justice. When I walked in the front door, I literally stood there for 5 minutes trying to take it all in. Continental Ohio is just a little farm community between Fort Wayne Indiana and Toledo Ohio just south of Defiance Ohio. I wish you could all see it in person. Here are this weeks market statistics for Putnam County Ohio. It appears that the market is starting to move a little as the temperatures are warming up and the snow is beginning to melt. In fact, I showed two houses this morning to a couple who specifically said they were waiting to see the houses because they wanted to see what the yard and roof looked like without all the snow.

Here are the market condition statistics for the weeks of February 12-26, 2010 for the area of Putnam County Ohio. Upon a quick glance you will notice that there were Zero single family residences sold during that two week period, but there are two that are labeled as contingent.

That's a good sign as we are heading toward spring.
