The area W13 in the Cincinnati Multiple Listing Serviceis comprised of Fairfield Ohio, and Fairfield Twp. Ohio. Of the listings on the market in January, 1/3 were Brand New Listings.

As you can see, January Listings jumped in January over October, November and December. It is interesting to see how Sellers were being aggressive in October in pricing.
