It's just about time again for the annual distribution of Easter dinners and baskets to needy families at the Agape Food Pantry (located at the Goshen United Methodist Church). Food and baskets will be distributed on April 11th. For more details, call the Goshen United Methodist Church at (513) 722-2541.

If you would like to make donations, they are being accepted and would be greatly appreciated. Candy for the baskets, and meat, including ham and turkey, for the dinners are items that are needed the most.

Today my sellers closed on a home they owned on Telford Farm Lane. The house was a real bargain for the buyers at $350,000. We had backup interest on the home so the sellers weren't too nervous. The house marks the first resale in Telford Farm. This development is fairly new and has about four lots still for sale. The home prices range from $300,000 to around $400,000. The school district is Goshen Local and the county is Clermont County Ohio. Hopefull we will have other sales here soon. We still have active listings in Loveland to the north, Batavia to the south and Milford to the West.
