About Holland's Springfield Hills

Holland, Ohio is a fairly small community just west of Toledo, Ohio with Airport Highway as the main road from Route 475 to Toledo Express Airport which is just west of Holland. There are a variety of homes and prices in the Holland area--some are in the upper price range as well as some in the lower price range.

Springfield Hills is a subdivision located off Hill Avenue between King Road and Mc Cord.

Currently there is only one active listing.

During the past year there have been five home sales in this subdivision.

This picture was taken in the spring time of last year. If I tried to take a picture of the entrance right now the entrance would not be visible for all the snow we have had this past couple of weeks. I was looking at some of the other agents pictures of their new listings and the snow was blocking the view of the home!

Currently there is only one active listing at $159,900 with lots of updates for the new owner.

Over the past year there have been five homes sold with prices ranging from $134,000 to $173,500. The homes are either 1 1/2 or 2-story homes with 3 to 4 bedrooms with basements.
