And last is the Odds of Selling within 90 days. Home sales in Jackson township for the last 90 day showed a 5 month supply of houses with a 60% odds of selling within 90 days. A balanced market is a 5-6 month suppply. The number of listings closely equal the number of buyers. Higher numbers represent too many houses, not enough buyers. A buyers market.
