The homes on Cardnia and Sweet Briar are the custom built homes, whereas the homes on Heather Springs, Foxtail and Poppy were built by Fischer or Towne. 2011 activity for Four Bridges has been significant, with a healthy mix of new construction and resales. With the convenience of Four Bridges to Mason, West Chester and the I-75 corridor for easy access to both Cincinnati and Dayton, the Four Bridges golf community obviously has a lot of appeal.
