Four Bridges Patio Homes (Liberty Township 45044) Market Report For November 2011

We spend a lot of time keeping up with the Warren County and adjacent area patio home markets, and with Four Bridges just the other side of the county line we include Four Bridges patio homes in our service area. We're including a summary of the 2011 activity for the two sections of Four Bridges patio homes. The homes on Cardnia and Sweet Briar are the custom built homes, whereas the homes on Heather Springs, Foxtail and Poppy were built by Fischer or Towne. 2011 activity for Four Bridges has been significant, with a healthy mix of new construction and resales. With the convenience of Four Bridges to Mason, West Chester and the I-75 corridor for easy access to both Cincinnati and Dayton, the Four Bridges golf community obviously has a lot of appeal.

Activity has been significant, especially considering the price point for these patio homes is consistently among the highest in the region, BUT you get what you pay for! These are premium home builders that will have all the flourishes that you desire for high end, low maintenance living. There are lots remaining to have your own new construction patio home built.

We've sorted through the available homes because portions of Poppy and Foxtail include attached condos. We're ONLY including information on stand alone patio homes. This section of Four Bridges has been very busy in 2011. The price point is more accessible for buyers, but you will trade away customization as these homes are more standardized production by Fischer and Towne builders.

Liberty Township Ohio Patio Homes:  Four Bridges Club Home Community!

Welcome to the other patio home community in the Four Bridges development.  This section is referred to as Club Homes, but its basically just a name difference and not a different type of home.

These are all ranch style homes.  The key difference between this community and most patio home communities are that rather than a single builder, you have two distinct builders and styles of homes.  Towne Condominiums has built the homes on Heather Springs, Fischer Homes has covered the remainder of the development. 

Also note ODD number homes on Poppy Lane are NOT patio homes but attached condos.  Another gotcha, in zip code 45044 there is a Poppy Lane and a Poppy DRIVE!  Poppy Drive is NOT patio homes!

Four Bridges is JUST outside of Warren County,  by a few hundred feet at most!  Not quite Mason, but all the amenities are just around the corner. Look for the dark blue push pin on the map! Great access to I-75 and all that comes with it!
