Get Your Pet Pictures with Santa at Milford's Complete Petmart December 11 & 12 2010

Here's your chance! The Complete Petmart in Milford (in front of the Kroger on SR 28 just past where the bypass joins: 1087 State Route 28, Milford, OH 45150-2197) will be hosting a Pet Pictures with Santa this Saturday and Sunday from 11 am to 3 pm.

A donation of $10 gets the picture with Santa, and with ALL proceeds benefiting Circle Tail, Inc.!

Just a reminder that Fall Trash Days will be going on Miami Township today, September 17, 2010 from 2-6PM, and tomorrow Sept 18th from 7:30AM to 5:30PM. Dumpsters will be located at the Miami Township Civic Center. Proof of residency will be required. Bring a drivers license or utility bill.

Nice condo in Milford Schools! Cathedral Ceilings, fireplace, wooded view, open kitchen and community pool. The unit will be repainted soon. The carpet needs replaced but low price reflects that. More pictures to come after seller paints.

Saturday my family participated in an outreach event to help some folks in Miami Township Ohio to have a great Saturday.. First, we met at our church (Rivertree) in Milford to pray, pack and prepare for the event. This event was a Block Party for an apartment complex in the area. Once we got there we divided up the work in teams and everyone pitched in. We grilled hot dogs, hamburgers, had chips, cookies, drinks and other snacks. Another set of volunteers prepared a table full of free toys to hand out to the kids. Another group organized a face painting booth while others cleaned the tennis court that we were holding the event in. There were probably about 75 volunteers total including kids and adults. About 100 residents came out to participate in the event. We just gave everything away to show God's love in a small practical way as a "kindness" outreach. I hope we can do another one again soon!
