What a fantastic event the city of Stow has put on for the community with their second annual Summer Sunset Blast at Silver Springs Park. Many families joined in the festivities and were able to relax outdoors and listen to the live band, have some kettle corn and enjoy a cold beer. The kids were able to enjoy games such as corn hole, food and inflatables . There was a fantastic fireworks display that lit up sky too. This was a free event that was held on September 3. Thanks to all the vendors and sponsors that made it possible. Great job!

Stow, Ohio appears to have a fairly well balanced real estate market at this time. As an example, based on 238 closed sales for 2010 compared to the current inventory of 125 homes available for sale, there is a currently a six and one-half month supply of homes available. That is a balanced market.
