Just west of Maumee, Ohio there is a lovely community called Waterville. You can enjoy a nice dinner, stroll along the street and stop in at various shops, or just enjoy riding around looking at the different types of homes. Waterville, Ohio is located along the Maumee River and has the locks and towpath from the Erie Canal days.
Real estate in Waterville has smaller numbers for listings and sales than some of the other communities, but it is an active community and experiencing the building of a new road from Toledo to Defiance, Ohio.
