More homes are selling in the Dayton Ohio area! 689 single family homes sold in the Dayton Ohio area, specifically Montgomery, Greene, and Warren counties which is located in and around Wright Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB, or better known as Wright Patt AFB) in Ohio in May 2011. The average home sold in May 2011 in the Dayton Ohio area had 3 bedrooms, 2.21 bathrooms, 1,792 square feet, and sold for more than 90% of the asking price.

The January Market Report in Ohio for single family, residential homes in Montgomery, Greene, and Warren counties near Wright Patterson Air Force Base shows less homes sold in January than in December. The average sale price / listing price is 95%, which is 3% less than the Real Living Realty average (98%). The average days on market in December 2010 was 94, which is 13 days slower than the Real Living Realty average days on market (81). The average days on market in January 2011 was 99, which is 18 days slower than the Real Living Realty average days on market (81). The statistics show that Real Living sells homes quicker and for more money, resulting in a faster sale for the sellers represented and more money in their pockets.
