Lone Oak is a large community in the Deer Creek School area and west of Edmond.
Lone Oak September 2010 Real Estate Market Report
Lone Oak is typical in showing increased monthly inventory of listings, I feel, as a result of the decline of buyers following the expiration of the first time buyer tax credit in May. Currently Lone Oak has about an 8 month supply of inventory, clearly a buyer market.
