Providence is a small, unique, gated community near NW 178th Street and Penn. It’s unique in the respect that the home designs were taken from the homes built in Oklahoma in the 1920’s and 1930’s. So if you’re into older, historic looking homes but don’t want all the maintenance that entails, Providence is the community for you.
Also unique to the Providence neighborhood is the ‘town square’ park right in the middle. The park includes a clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis/basketball court, softball diamond, playground and soccer field.
The neighborhood is small, having only 83 homes. The community was developed by and all homes built by Bill Roberts; known for unique neighborhoods. This is another neighborhood I’m partial to as we sold all 83 homes in the area. The homes were constructed between 2000 and 2007. Home sizes range from 2,436 to 4,500 square feet. Recent home prices have ranged from $270,000 to $350,000. The current median home price is $301,500.
