About Edmond's Skyler's Court

Today I toured several new homes in a new development in NW Oklahoma City called Skyler's Court. After touring, I could not get to my computer fast enough to tell you all about it!

Skyler's Court is located in NW Oklahoma City off of NW 192 Street between May Avenue and Pennsylvania. I came from Hefner Parkway and the Turnpike and it took less than five minutes to get there. So, it's super convenient if you work in Oklahoma City. It's location also means that while it's actually in Oklahoma City (OKC utilities and taxes) the kiddos attend Edmond Public Schools. So, you get the best of both worlds!

While I was there today I toured three homes; all three will be ready by the end of the year. The homes range in size from 1300-1700 square feet. There are both three and four bedroom floor plans available. Some of the homes even have a study or bonus room too! The features that I know you will like are the wide open living areas, big closets, walk in showers, stained concrete floors and large kitchens. I really liked the front porches and covered patios. All of this in the $140,000-$180,000 price range! You can even have a custom home built for you.
