Calling all Ardagh Bluffs Residents!
In next couple of weeks you will be receiving the first issue of West Ardagh Newsletter. This will come in the mail and will be addressed to all residents on the following streets:
Silver Trail, Penvill, McIntyre, Batteaux, Lamont, Black Ash, Purbrook and portion of Mapleton. There are about 900 homes in our neighbourhood and finally it's time to get connected. This will evolve with time and I hope will become one of the best ways to stay in touch with the neighbours. To start, I plan to have 4 issues a year and if needed I will be changing this to 6 issues each year.
Since Real Estate plays a major part in my life, I will also have area statistics, new listings and recently sold data in every issue. Tips and advice, geared to current market conditions will also find a spot there.
Electronic version will be available as well. For now, I am looking for news from the community. If you live in West Ardagh Subdivision and have news, events, happenings that you would like to share, be sure to let me know.
There are also small business owners living in West Ardagh, and if you are one of them, and would like to announce your services to the neighbours, again, let me know. Each issue will have a spot for 5 or 6 business listings. There will be no charge for this, unless you want to occupy the coupon space to offer a specific discounted service.
I'm also working on a West Ardagh web page on my site. There will be a space there for residence, our local Holy Spirit Parish and the St. Joan of Arc school, to add their announcements, and news. Those will be live on the site within 24 hours.
I hope that once we get this off the ground, it will become a welcomed feature, used and utilized by many in our West Ardagh Neighbourhood.
