Tips to stay healthy
| Good hand hygiene is the best way to prevent the spread of all flu viruses. Wash your hands with soap and water thoroughly and often. | |
| Keep an alcohol-based hand sanitizer (gel or wipes) handy at work, home and in your car. It needs to be at least 60% alcohol to be effective. | |
| Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze and throw the tissue out. Cough into your upper sleeve if you don't have a tissue. | |
| Avoid large crowds of people where viruses can spread easily. Stay home when you are sick. | |
| Keep common surfaces and items clean and disinfected |

THE POWER OF FLOWERS
An old Chinese proverb reminds us that if we have only two pennies, spend one on a loaf of bread and the other on a lily. You know those old Chinese proverbs, they are indeed, very, very, very old, two pennies? Never mind the cost, the message still applies.
Food keeps us alive it is true, but flowers have the capacity to keep beauty, hope and love going strong. Why then do we only buy them on special occasions, weddings and funerals?
Flowers can brighten an otherwise dull day, (both weather wise & mentally), they instantly bring a smile on the face of the recipient, a warm feeling to the donor and can quickly add a simple touch of elegance to any room in your home.
The symbolism varies depending on flower colour. Now we always thought that only applied to roses, but we stand corrected. Red talks of passion & romance, white conveys charm, peace & innocence, yellow is friendly, pink is graceful, sweet & happy, purple assures dignity & success (as in the orchid), green whispers of health & youth, while the rarer blue flowers speaks of loyalty. Maybe that is why blue roses are becoming popular on Valentine’s Day for people in longer relationships.
The beauty and meaning of flowers therefore, isn’t just an indulgence, it can also be spiritual.
So there you have it, no reason required to pick up a beautiful bouquet today. Will you brighten some room or someone’s day today?
Stopping to smell the flowers,

Fall Doesn't Last Long... It's Beauty Captured Forever
It is always sad when Labour Day comes around, a couple of weeks later Fall makes it's official appearance. The nights and days start to get cooler, a quick frost and the trees start turning it's leaves into a photographer's delight.
Lonely but at the same time inviting to take a stroll. Don't wait it won't look like this next week.
Enjoy...

I came across this website last year and would like to share it.
When was the last time you used this trem Cap rate ? Perhaps those dealing with commercials properties are using it quite often and frequently.
The Capitalization Rate or Cap Rate is the net operating income divided by the sales price or value of a property expressed as a percentage.
There are more such terms, which I feel should be on our tips.
