Everyone today seems to be concerned with Customer Service. Its not just REALTORS (R). Today I went to my local Wendys for Lunch I was Buffinied and appreciated. I love their salads and go quite often. I get the BLT Cobb Salad on the Pair 2 and I always upsize my drink. Today as I was going through the drive thru I heard the owner say " Be careful with her order, She is a regualar Guest." I thought that was nice. I was in an unmarked van not my old Ruth Mobile so that was not the give away. He had glanced out the drive thru window recognised me and let his staff know. I was a VIP "Guest" not customer at Wendy's. It made me feel good and like I was appreciated. I am going to go now and find a way to let my clients know that they are appreciated. Small little things go a long way.
