We focus on a very small community in the Greater Toronto Area called Georgetown and it seems as though the market is slowing. Earlier in the year we were blaming the lack of activity on the tremendous snowfall but the snow is long gone.

Will the market pick up dramatically or will it remain flat for some time? People can't predict the future but it does seem as though people are starting to take notice of the media reports and they are starting to be concerned.
