45 houses sold in Riverbend with the average sale price of $464,057 which was 97% of the asking price of $479,397 while in 2009, the average selling price was $426,378 and 51 houses changed hands.
Two storey homes still lead the way followed by one floor cottages and ranches.
As with both condos and houses, the average days on the market were around 63 days in Riverbend.
8 condos sold in the Riverbend neighbourhood at an average asking price of $356,534 and those 8 sold for 99% of that price, in 2009, 7 sold at an average price of $315,988.
