information quickly and easily for my clients and I stumbled upon a website www.homezilla.com

It is certainly worth a look! From what I can tell it's Canadian based. BUT WHAT A TOOL FOR US TO BE USING!!

Open the home page and enter an address. You can then find locations (maps included) to ANYTHING you want within range of that address. Some things include:

Schools (both highschool and elementary)

Banks

Restaurants

Grocery Stores

Shopping Malls

REAL ESTATE AGENTS

MORTGAGE BROKERS!!

The list goes on and on.

What a FANTASTIC discovery. It works along the same lines as mapquest.com does. Very easy to understand.

And an extra bonus... look in the bottom left corner. Once the address is inputted it shows the stats of the neighborhood. With Population, Median Income, # of homes.

Am I the only one who didn't know about this? If not.. I am glad to share. Just another reason why I love the internet!!

Need Help Handling The Pressures Of Buying?

The best thing about morning could be the first cup of coffee. Or a nice, hot shower. I love it because it's the only time of day when my life comes close to resembling a TV commercial. you know the ones I'm talking about, where the annoyingly beautiful/handsome model (who's suppose to look like an ordinary person) trudges into the shower, smells the soap, dances around for a while and leaves all ready to take on the entire free world?
