Being upside down on your home is depressing to say the least. Here is an article I wrote that may shed some light and give a little hope to the bleak housing forecast that we are seeing daily. Sometimes knowing what options are out there, whether good bad or ugly, are helpful to know. In the famous words of GI Joe, "Knowing is half the battle" (yes i did just quote an 80's cartoon"

"Tantamount to stealing" is what banks are being accused of in this article. Banks have been given billions of dollars...thats BILLIONS! And yet they are still holding back helping the people that need help the most. It is outrageous and wrong! As a mortgage broker, I am calling it like I see it, and asking is there a better solution?
