It is conveniently located near schools, shopping, and major highways . There have been several short sales which as in many areas of the country do effect the values of neighboring homes. It is certainly a great time to buy in Village Greene. Prices have come down in the past year. Perhaps last year you were not qualified to purchase a home in this area.
