Cashtown Community Days Parade

Cashtown Pa is small community just outside of Gettysburg Pa.It is home to about 100 homes ranging in architecture from a 1700's log cabin, to Victorians, to 50's & 60's construction, to new homes. The most prominent building in the community is the Cashtown Inn. Famous for it's Civil War contribution as well as the many ghost stories connected with it. The Inn today is a wonderful B&B as well as a fine restaurant.

The Cashtown community celebrates the end of summer with a number of events occurring on Labor Day weekend. Starting with the parade, there is also a community potluck, a community yard sale and more all taking place at the Cashtown Fire and Community hall. Cashtown is a wonderful small community to live in and a perfect example of a simple small town community lifestyle. Enjoy the accompanying video and have a wonderful Labor Day weekend.
