Saturday March 29 Pond Skim and Meltdown Party

Beginning at 10 am contestants (must be at least 14) can sign up, $25 registration, to ski/board/ and or creatively find their way down Stowe slope to try and skim the temporary pond at the bottom. Costumes and characters are welcome! This end to the ski season salute now is a fundraiser for the Seven Springs Ski Patrol. The actual "Skimming" begins at noon. Come join in the fun!

Both Sat and Sunday from 9-5 there is an open house at the Sporting Clays Facility. To get there follow the signs to the Southwind Community and look for the signs. It is back towards the airport.

According to the posting there's a temporary five stand for you to try out. Details on membership will be available. Mike Mohr, internationally known in the sport shooting community, brought Wag's up to date on the plans. Go check it out for yourself! WoodRidge resident Ted Coleman has shot there several times and tells us this will be a first class facility and a BLAST!
